Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional process.
